My husband and I found that American's Floor Source had a wide selection of exactly what we were looking for, and our Floor Specialist Kaylee was genuinely caring about our vested interest. Her customer service and professionalism were impeccable! When the day came to get our "rug" installed, both Kaylee and her manager made an hour trip to our home to ensure proper installation. Their installation crew was precise, meticulous, and efficient - definitely top of the line! We are incredibly pleased with the entire process and will surely buy from Kaylee in the future. He listened to our needs and provided solid guidance as it relates to solutions. Andy followed through with an in-home visit and comprehensive estimate. D P5 StarAll around good experience. Garth helped us pick out the right flooring and had our install scheduled quickly. The crew that came out to do the install-Chris Angus and his guys- did an excellent job. Very smooth process, install for 1600 sq ft took a day and a half (including tear out of old stuff). If I ever need floors again, I will come back here and absolutely recommend it to anyone who is shopping around.Friday 26th July 2019
