I set out on my flooring adventure with 2 things in mind; quality product and a fair price. I achieved both at AFS. My salesperson was patient and knowledgeable. He made suggestions based upon my budget, lifestyle and residence. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks AFS for helping make my flooring purchase easy and affordable.

I went to America's Floor Source after a friend recommended them. When I arrived I was paired with a salesperson. There were no other shoppers in the store. My salesperson seemed much more interested in his phone than in helping me. He was texting while I was trying to explain what I wanted. He told me to look through the store and when I was done, let him know what I liked, then he disappeared. I made notes on my phone of about 8 carpets I liked. I found him and asked him to go over pricing and pros/cons to help narrow the choice. He continued to interact with his phone while I was trying to get more information. He didn't know where any of my 8 choices were located. He told me I should go to each one I liked and scan a QR code to get a price, then subtract a certain amount for their discount, then add a certain amount for installation, and another amount for moving furniture. I said I wasn't sure where each one was and he said I would be fine since I had just picked them out and he walked away again. I found about 3 of them and started scanning and subtracting and adding. Then I wondered why I was doing his job for him. I felt he should be telling me how much each cost rather than leaving me there to do it myself. I left. My friend suggested their in-home service. Maybe then I would have the salesperson's undivided attention. I made an appointment. George came to the house. When I told him I wanted nylon, he said sorry, he only had one sample of nylon on his truck. I thought it was strange that other people who shop at home apparently don't want nylon, otherwise he would have it on his truck. I asked him to measure and let me know the cost for the one sample he had. He measured. When I showed him a room where I wanted an area rug and asked him to measure, he said I could do it myself later. He said he would email the quote for the wall to wall carpet and left. That was 3 weeks ago. I never heard from him again. I am not sure why America's Floor Source does not want my business, but on two occasions they seemed totally uninterested in closing a sale. I'm going elsewhere in the hopes of finding a salesperson who wants my business.

Disappointed in the final product and overall service they provided. I would recommend you do your research before orders product from this company. I provided samples of the type of carpet I was looking for. I was very direct in that I didn't want carpet that showed traffic patterns and would be long lasting. I ordered from the 2x2 sample with an experienced sales person telling me this would be great carpet. I had my carpet installed on August 27, 2020 and within minutes of it being laid I could tell it was going to show traffic patterns. I received a follow up call from AFS and let them know how unhappy I was. AFS claims they contacted the manufacturer and I followed up with them and as of today 1/26/21, have not heard a thing back. I spent large amount of $ and very disappointed in the product, customer service and follow up. Would not recommend them. Pictures are from day 1 of carpet being placed.

Our over all experience with America's Floor Source was amazing. It was so convenient to have Ed come to our home with Samples of everything from Carpet to Laminate Flooring. He was very experienced and knowledgeable to help us make the right decision for our flooring project as well as safe and social distancing while measuring our home for a quotation. After reviewing all options of carpet or Laminate flooring we decided to have our old carpeting replaced with new carpeting thru out the Dining Room, Living Room, Stairs and Hallway. The carpet and padding we picked out were all in stock and ready for installation. When the installers arrived they were very friendly and professional and got the job done in one day moving all the furniture, taking out the existing caret, and replacing the new and looked great. My husband and I loved the new carpeting so much we called Ed and decided to do our 3 bedrooms as well.

We had a great experience with prompt communication and our salesman, Andy, helped us find the product we were looking for, both, within our budget and our desired timeline. Had a truly 5-star experience.
