Mark Murphy, Account Manager walked me through the entire process starting with a visit to my home to measure and recommend flooring that would best suit my needs. Back at the store we looked at flooring and found products that was in my price range and made the most sense. He set up the service/installation on days that was best for me and followed up after installation to ensure I was happy with the results which he assured me, I would be very pleased prior to the install. He was was correct. Looks amazing!

The knowledge and craftmanship of the installers were fantastic, and I was blown away with how good the floors looked when finished.
