We had an excellent experience with Budget carpet and flooring. They listened to me as I described what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. They were efficient and professional from start to finish.The carpeting looks amazing. I believe we got a high quality carpet and padding at a reasonable price.

Absolutely love my new carpet. I looked into two carpet companies and Budget Carpet and Flooring completely sold me on their product and company after an initial in-home consultation/measurement, visit to their store, and many emails. At this time, I only needed my master bedroom done and needed it to work well for senior pets and foster pets. I went with the Pet Perfect Hard at Play III carpet in Chic Greige with the charity padding. The carpet fiber chemistry and density work perfect with spills. I did a quick water test and then my hot mess little pup had an accident on it the next day. Both liquids just sat on top and didn’t seep down into the carpet, making it super easy to clean up. Plus the charity padding feels great under foot. Two installers arrived around 9 AM, moved 5 pieces of large furniture I still had in my bedroom, ripped off the old carpet, installed the new carpet, and moved the furniture back by about 10:15 AM.

My husband and I are in the process of renovating our basement…our very first significant home renovation project. We wanted to compliment our DIY vinyl plank flooring on the basement floor with carpeting on the stairs. Amy was absolutely fantastic during our consultation! She answered all of our questions and brought a variety of beautiful samples to choose from. John also followed up multiple times with us throughout the process. The carpeting was easily the most simple portion of this entire basement remodel! Our stairs turned out BEAUTIFUL and we love them so much. We highly recommend Budget Carpet & Flooring for your renovation needs!

Everyone I worked with showed up exactly when they said they would and worked very hard. The team of Walter, Ryan, Josh and Danny were courteous, careful and highly professional. Sales staff in the show room were very helpful with their recommendations. We told them what we were interested in , and they pointed us towards current sales and carpet options that would fit our needs most. They were timely with coming to our home for measurements and providing a quote (with no pressure). Payment process was easy. Installation was smooth and fast, and looks very well done! I will use them again in the future!
