It was great experience from initial Phone call, measurements and suggestions by Laureen and Jamie to Todd and his installation crew. We were also lucky to have it all completed within a week. Minutes after the install was completed Todd and Jamie stopped by to make sure everything is as expected. Lately, my experience with any kind of services was very bad and sad so to say but, this company, proves that there are still honest businesses owners out there who take great pride in what they do. Excellent communication before, during & after our carpet purchase! We love it! Thank you Lauren & Todd for making the process so easy. What a treat to have a mobile showroom come to the house! The carpet and pad are high quality and arrived quickly. Installers were professional and took care not to damage walls/baseboards that had been recently painted. Highly recommend!

Todd and Lauren were great to work with start to finish. They had a lot of options for flooring which was really nice for finding the right one. We used Floor Coverings International to replace carpet in our great room, master bedroom and dining room. Lauren came out and showed us samples and assisted us in our selections. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. They called when the carpet was in and scheduled us. Victor and William were our installers. They did an excellent job with everything.These 3 rooms are large and we have heavy furniture which they moved. These guys worked so hard and were so careful moving things and making sure the installation process was perfect. They took pictures of the rooms prior to moving things so they would know exactly where the furniture went. Todd stopped by in the afternoon to see how things were going. We would highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs. They show up on time, work hard and have great attitudes. You won’t be disappointed.

They were phenomenal! They were fast, efficient, polite, clean, and their work was so impressive that my kitchen remodelers were oohing and ahhing over how smooth the seams were on my laminate flooring! Cannot say enough nice things! From concept to execution every step was top notch!
