About 2 months after our carpet was installed we noticed a tear happening in the middle of the family room floor. It took them several months to send someone out to inspect it. Once they finally showed up, They said it wasn’t their fault and refused to fix. Was planning on carpeting the rest of our house but will never use this company or recommend to anyone. Clearly not our fault there is a tear but refusing to fix is so wrong. Had my last carpet 19 years and never had a tear. Had this for two month. Terrible customer service!!!

Simply put, our experience at GGC flooring was the absolute best one we have had with ANY home improvement related business. Nick and the team were a dream to work with from start to finish. If your looking for a flooring company with excellent customer service, very professional, on time and accommodating then you do not need to look any further. Go with GGC Flooring. Jeff, Nic and the rest of the crew are wonderful!!! I am not local and needed flooring installed at a rental home that I own in Columbus. I was able to complete the entire transaction (initial call, estimate walk through, install and payment transactions) virtually without any issue. Thank me later!!!

My wife and I had shopped two local”family”owned companies in Newark Ohio and never was acknowledged by the staff. How sad. I’m a firm believer in greeting customers, like we are the only ones who matter. My father -in -law was in business for 50 plus years due to great customer service. Lonnie was out of the office and Nick did not hesitate to take care of any questions and treated us like we were “his”customer. Nick was friendly and pointed us in the direction to look at what we were shopping for. No sales pressure at all. My wife and I purchased carpet and wood flooring for our home.
