This is how Integrity left the mud under my floor . Unlevel by an inch at the dip. This was done while they were contracted for Transformer Home Improvement's. To date I am still dealing with a uneven floor and my flooring is no longer sold . In short I am screwed .

Overall I think they did a great job. There were a few areas in the doorways of the bathroom & bed rooms where the wood was put down that needed to be redone and one minor area in my kitchen where the wood was just a bit short where the wood should have snapped in. Other than that I was satisfied.

Worst mistake I ever made was hiring this company to lay some floor and do some tile work. I was told it would take approximately 1.5 - 2 weeks at the most to complete. Ten weeks later the job was still not finished. The owner Phil kept asking for money before the job was completed. He asked at least three different times if I would go ahead and pay him. I told him no, that was not what the contract said. Looking back now I'm glad I didn't pay him up front, he would have been gone with my money no doubt in my mind... And to make matters even worse I also had personal items stolen while Phil and his workers were in my home. I believe he hires anyone he can get to work. Two of his employees even told me they've never laid tile before.... yet they were left alone to finish the job. Once the job was complete I was very unhappy. The floor is completely uneven and sharp pieces of tile stick up. They left grout all over one area and I cannot get it off now. The work was very sloppy and looks Very unprofessional, I probably could have done it better myself. I would highly recommend choosing another company and really doing your research and read recommendations and reviews.
