My whole experience with Levi's, from picking out the vinyl plank and carpet was smooth and easy. Theo, sales person, was great to work with. He was so helpful in picking the vinyl plank and carpet that went together. It was so hard for me to do that with those tiny samples but when installation was complete, they blended perfectly. The installation crews for both the vinyl plank and carpet were terrific. They were prompt and extremely hard workers. Installation was flawless and all the floors are beautiful. Definitely a 10 star rating. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Great experience. Theo what’s a great resource, walking us through choosing the right carpet, carpet pad just right for our bedroom, and the installer was efficient and knowledgeable. Best experience we have ever had with buying floor covering. Will definitely return to this store for future flooring needs.

From the first meeting with the salesman Theo Reed to the finish of the installation it has been a great experience. Theo was great to work with and very helpful. The installation guys were very professional and polite. They did great work also. Our floors look beautiful!
