Teresa Johnson1 StarI never had an issue with Lowe's until we moved into our new house and our refrigerator was delivered. After our refrigerator was installed, one of the delivery guys noticed they tore our vinyl floor. He was very apologetic and reported this to his supervisor. In order for me to get it fixed, I had to first pay upfront. I contacted his supervisor around the week of 6/6/22, to discuss the incident and let him know the cost of the repair. I was then informed to forward pictures of the flooring and the invoice showing the cost of repair which was done on 6/10/22. An Adobe PDF form was to be sent to my email address to be signed off on in order for a check to be mailed to me for reimbursement. I provided the email address. Another text was sent on 7/7/22 asking if I missed the email that I was expecting for me to sign the form. I was told it was sent and it was not. I checked spam/junk folder to see if it was sent there instead. Nothing. I have been emailing Lowe's customer service, but only received one response on 7/20/22 from a Customer Care Representative stating he was notifying the Senior Management Team, so they would be reviewing my complaint and I should receive a follow-up within 48 hrs to resolve this matter. Needless to say, I have not received a follow-up nor any reimbursement of any kind. It was stated that "We pride ourselves in world-class customer service and this is certainly not the type of experience we like to hear from any customer". This is not good customer service and nor is it professional. I have been nothing but patient and that should mean something. If you stand by your word, then it should not take over two months to be rectified.Thursday 11th August 2022

The customer service line was very busy and while I had to wait in line again, the representative politely looked up information to answer my questions. Excellent service. Stephen Hornung4 StarPersonally, I don't like these kinds of stores. Often times it is difficult to find someone to help you. Fortunately, I this visit, this was not the case. A knowledgeable person was nearby, and I had all my questions answered. Having this knowledge, I found what I wanted and bought it.Friday 10th June 2022
S White1 StarPurchased sliding door with installation...paid over $2k for everything. After eight phone calls, and waiting just under three weeks...was finally able to get an install date....of course no one showed up. Called back again, and of course no one could reach the installer. During one of the calls...an associate asked me if I wanted the installers number so I could call them directly...last time I checked....I paid Lowes to do the job ....not the installer??
Update (4 Jun 22) after confirming appointment last week...installer was a no show AGAIN??? Why sell products to customers if you clearly do not have procedures in place to deliver on your promise? Currently at FIFTH escalation to manager who just happen to be out again.Saturday 4th June 2022
