Ordered a spreader online and rather than give me one new in the box they gave me one that had obviously been used. Then Ali the manager just lied to my face and told me: 1) the product is new and comes like this (filthy dirty??) because he said it’s the beginning of the season, 2) that what is in this picture cannot be salt because he said the spreader cannot be used for spreading salt, despite your website saying it is used for spreading salt. 3) placing a pick up order, because you tried to offload your dirty, broken merchandise on me, I myself had to go to the back of the store, find a new one in the box, and carry it out myself. That’s after waiting longer than the three hours committed for pick up when pick up is supposed to be a convenience.you tried to cheat me, your manager lied to me, and you wasted my time.

Flooring Project I scheduled my delivery with Tabby H last Wednesday. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 4/6 am. I received an urgent message from Lowe's flooring department telling me I need to schedule. I called the store and confirmed that I was scheduled for Saturday morning. I received no communication from anyone on Friday confirming my delivery window. I called installation support on Saturday morning again to confirm that I was on the schedule for that morning. I was assured that I was but the window was 8am-8pm and I had to be available to accept delivery in person. I made arrangements to be at home for 12 hours. I received no further communication and my delivery never showed up. I called the Lowe's store manager Saturday evening and was told that he heard my items were loaded on the wrong truck and buried. I explained that I have an installation scheduled for Tuesday and need the product. I offered to pick it up myself and was told that is not possible. I was assured he would call me back on Sunday to discuss my options and I never heard from him. I called installation support again on Sunday and was told my delivery was rescheduled for Monday 4/8. I explained that I was scheduled to work downtown on Monday and would have to call off work in order to be here. I was told that I need to speak to the store. I requested to be connected to the survey and I was disconnected. Last night, I received an automated message informing me that my delivery was scheduled for this morning. I cannot believe how awful the communication is and how many people dropped the ball. It is bad enough that I could not get a return response by phone or email after receiving my project quote. Left 4 messages and ended up having to drive to the store to get my contract started. Everything has already been paid for so I was forced to call off from work today. No refunds or apologies. I am very unsatisfied with every step of this project and plan to share my experience with others.

Tom was so helpful during my recent visit. He was personable and professional and seemed genuinely happy to answer all of my questions. In addition to helping me select the right size and style of shiplap, he also cut the boards for me! This is a new DIY project for me and I really appreciated his time and insight.

Checked website to make sure store had ample quantities of fluorescent bulbs, which showed many, drove to store only to find out all 2 pack bulbs were out, only contractor boxes available. Employee told me the problem had been noticed few days before. The quantities need to be corrected so customers don't drive long distances only to find out no items in stock. N. Columbus, Polaris store.

The prodesk is closed all weekend long because no one has mechanical issues on weekends.(He said with heavy sarcasm ) So if you have a water heater leaking on a Saturday don't have the owner call it in to Lowe's. You will not get your product until Monday at the earliest. They guys at pick up can see the order in the system. They know it's paid for. It needs pulled. I volunteer to go pull the items. Nope. Nothing they can do until pro desk opens Monday. What in the actual....just a reminder to Lowe's that people still have to get stuff done on weekends.
