Stay far away! Ordered an assembled grill for delivery. Didn’t show up during delivery window. I called and only after being on hold and redirected for an hour or so did someone at the store tell me it was never assembled and would be resent the next day. It never was. Tried to call again with no answer. Decided to actually go to the store. The customer service person told me she “heard there was no delivery truck”. She seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me. She reluctantly called the manager who confirmed it was never assembled and issued a refund. Honestly I feel lucky I even got my money back. This store is really pretty terrible.

It's hard to fail when you set the standard for being the best. The individual service can be hit or miss when you employ so many people. Yet, I can usually find all of the stuff I need inspite of how good or bad the service is at the time. But today I was completely disappointed to learn all of the registers are now self-serve. 😕 That does not work for me. It won't stop me from coming to shop, but it doesn't make the experience better either.

The men who delivered my dryer broke the leg on it and it rocks I went back to the store to purchase a piece of wood to try to fix it since it's not covered by the warranty. HA!!! I'll never buy anything else from Lowe's again. The men had one job deliver my dryer. They failed. Jesus will never fail me. My dryer is fixed all praises be to Jesus. Update: I was greeted by Antoine moments after I walked in. I informed him that I was a very unhappy customer due to prior shopping experience. Antoine asked what happened and helped me with every item I was interested in. He made suggestions and grabbed items for me. He even got on the floor and reached all the way in the back for an item he suggested. Antoine is truly the best and so upbeat and professional. He is the reason I'll spend my money at Lowe's.

lost my wallet(with 1300 cash) in the parking lot 10 feet from a security camera setup. came back 10 minutes later and walked around for an hour when one of the employees bringing carts in found it on the opposite side of the parking lot with no cash in it. i asked for them to review the footage to see if they could find anything even possibly related. and after a month of waiting ive given up hope. in tandem with that ive given up hope with the CPD as they never responded to my online filed report.

First time @ this location , I usually go to the Brice rd location because I live in Canal Winchester but from now on I will probably only go to this location here because the store look great and the staff is awesome particularly BASSAM , he was very knowledgeable and helpful , thank you bassam for the help today .
