Terrible experience. We had the product installed in our 2 car garage that had 4 sliding doors in the back to hide shelves. Our salesperson, Cole, advised us to have 1/4” taken off the bottom of the doors so the product would fit under doors. We paid someone to do this, but after install, 2 of the 4 doors no longer fit. Not sure if Cole gave us wrong information or the product was applied too thick. My emails to the company went unanswered, phone calls directed me to other departments. I finally spoke to Chris who was quite unpleasant and followed up with a phone call saying he could not help. Also poor customer service when I called to ask for timing prior to our install, both arrival time frame and how long to expect this to take. Sarah told me she had no idea and someone would call me. No one did, I finally reached someone the day before install. Awful experience, I would never recommend this product or company.

We had Dustin, Doug, and Christian install nature stone in our basement. The crew was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job in just a few hours. They were friendly and left no mess whatsoever. The floor looks great. The guys gave me tips on how to care for the flooring as well. I would definitely trust this crew to install a great looking product. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because the salesman could have been better prepared with his paperwork and more knowledgeable about all the services.

I am a very satisfied customer of Nature Stone - Columbus, OH. The entire experience starting with the sales / estimate visit by Paul McCann all the way through the installation by Cole, Dustin and Christian. The staff was prompt, professional and left my home cleaner that when they arrived. The Installation was much, much quicker that I expected and looks FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend Nature Stone if you are looking for basement flooring, I would highly recommend Nature Stone!

The crew, Anthony, Tim, Brian, Tyler, & Franco, were fantastic! They worked so well together. They moved so quickly, each knowing exactly what to do. From the moment they started, they did not stop, and had our very large patio finished in just 3 hours! They were very polite and professional. Thanks guys, we love our patio!!!!

We had Nature Stone resurface our garage floor this week, and are very happy with the results. Shout out to our installers Cole and Dustin, they did an excellent job. Our thanks to Gary for his time and walking us through our options etc. It is nice to know that there are still companies out there that work hard to please their customers.
