My salesperson went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. I live in a condo that is zoned commercial and Jeff made sure all the paperwork was submitted and signed to get a permit. He kept on the city when they started taking to long. The installation was great too.

I can't say enough positive things regarding our experience with Donovan, our sales person at Rite Rug, and the four men who installed our flooring. Donovan was so helpful with helping us in choosing our flooring and then making all of the arrangements for installation. And, the four floor installers were very efficient....it looks wonderful. I would highly recommend Rite Rug to any one.

The final product/installed carpet looks great, but the install started on a bumpy footing which is why I’m not rating it 5 stars. Somehow the driver was given the incorrect address (even though the sales person had the correct address and had no issues finding my home earlier that week). And instead of him calling to find the correct address, he just went MIA. Thankfully they corrected the issue the next day and sent out a new installer who did a fantastic job.

I have had unpleasant experiences with flooring companies in the past and so glad I went to RiteRug in Grandview. Donavan Santamaria walked me through the process from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with my questions. RiteRug’s installers were quick, efficient and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with my carpet and the customer service. Highly recommend!
