In most instances, we do not ask for money down.  Once the work is completed, we will follow up to ensure that everything has met or exceeded your expectations.  When that has been confirmed, you will be receive an invoice along with our gratitude for entrusting your project to Showroom Floors. One of our certified team members will contact you to arrange a consultation.  This can be completed in person or remotely.  We will inspect the area to be completed, discuss your goals and present samples and ideas that will put us the path to a successful result. Once on site, we will take every precaution to protect the surrounding areas and answer any last minute questions or concerns.  We will then begin the process by thoroughly prepping the area, followed by the application of the selected system. Installation times will vary by system, but we will end each day with the goal of minimum disruption by cleaning and organizing our work area. "Where do I begin? Darren was very responsive from the estimate and throughout the process of doing the work. He was very good at explaining my options depending on what I was looking for from a finish standpoint. He came over to actually do some samples of the different colors he had shown us. Once we decided on the color, Darren and his team did the staining in a day and the sealing the next day. I am very particular and their prep work was impeccable. Needless to say, all went perfectly well. This is a company that cares about the work they do and Darren wants his customers to be happy with the final product. The guys that did the work were very pleasant, professional and extremely courteous. My wife and I could not be happier. Whenever you have major work done, you always worry about neatness along with the actual work being performed. No need for concern with this company."

Darren and his Showroom Floors team listened to what kind of finish I wanted for my basement floor and they more than delivered. A few samples were created in a hidden area for me to pick from. That way there were not going to be any surprises about the desired final result. Tip for future clients: Nobody can read your mind so make sure to describe in clear detail what kind of floor finish you like. Darren, Jason and team will listen to you and go the extra mile to create the floor finish you're looking for. Great company - clear communications, friendly and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We couldn’t be more thrilled with the job Showroom Floors did in our garage. I called 3 companies for an estimate, one never showed up, another gave an estimate 3 times higher, but Darren from Showroom came exactly at the day and hour he promised, answered all of our questions and made some excellent recommendations then gave us a very reasonable quotation. The surface of the floor was flaking off and there were some holes and cracks that needed repair before putting down the finish treatment. Again, the crew showed up at the exact time quoted, were very respectful of our property, did the work and were very thorough at cleaning up after. It’s normally a 2 day process but we had some weather, holiday, and weekend issues that delayed the final step but throughout the whole process Darren was in communication with updates and making sure our schedules could match.
