Both jobs were very high quality and the price, for the garage floor, was over $1,200 less than the contractor I used for a similar project at my old house. Tom Klier5 StarDave's company just finished a job painting our patio then putting a "sand-like" substance on top to make it less slippery when wet. Lastly, they coated the patio with a poly-something coating to keep it preserved for many years to come. Our patio looks fabulous! The unsightly calking repairs that were so visible in the past are now covered up. Dave did a great job of keeping in touch with us as we needed two days in a row without rain and it has been three weeks that we have had to postpone this project because of the weather.
