Typical do-it-yourself store. If you know what you're looking for, you can go right to it. If not, you're going to struggle to find someone to help you, but when you do find them, usually their knowledgeable and can't help you. But that's rare. All stores are going to self checkouts. So here most Home depots are all self checkout. They might have one person at the pro service that can check you out but every everything else is pretty much self-serve and it seems everything is going that way and we don't get a 1099 form to fill out. At the end of the year I come to stores for service not to do work. So this is one thing that I don't like

Becky was very helpful to me. I bought a lawnmower and has it delivered but it was missing all the paperwork, owners manual and key. Becky was able to locate and give me everything I needed

Horrible experience! We usually buy all of our materials for our home renovation business from the Big Blue place (Lowes). Unfortunately our interior designer liked flooring that only HD had and was a nightmare from the start to the end without going in detail we settled for flooring at another retailer.

It is a very difficult and unpleasant customer service experience always; every time, meeting customer service representative, AKA. Cathy. She is very racist and rude. I really do not think "Cathy" enjoys working at the front desk or working at Home Depot. She is an absolute disaster.
